Aim of this subject:
To train professionals able to direct, advise and carry out managerial and negotiation strategies in uncertainty circles and international competitiveness, executing and innovating administrative, economical, financial and marketing tools.
The student will be able to identify the main existing processes in an organization, as well as apply the main analysis tools for the improvement of a production process directly in companies. This course will also provide every undergraduate with important foundational knowledge of operations management. This can help them to better understand how achieving excellence in operations management can give the organization a competitive advantage.
